Homes at De Anza Santa Cruz overlook the Pacific Ocean as beachgoers enjoy a walk on the rocks at Natural Bridges State Beach. Built in 1970, De Anza Santa Cruz is a mobile home community for people aged 55 and older. De Anza Santa Cruz boasts amenities and is surrounded by natural beauty. The community is not without challenging issues, as some of the senior residents had their monthly rent rise as much as 6.8% in 2023, the highest rent increase there in 20 years.
